Community Home Financial Services, Inc. (CHFS) is a specialty Finance Company located in Jackson, Mississippi providing Contractors with financing for their Customers. CHFS operates from one central location providing financing through its dealer network throughout the following States.

CHFS provides various types of lending programs, both Secured and Unsecured with terms up to 180 months to meet the demands of the Contractors and their customers. We are able to finance customers with A to C credit, and we are not FICO score driven as most companies are today. All loans are approved by our underwriting department and serviced by our own customer service department. We provide excellent dealer service and pride ourselves with over 125 years of management experience in the Home Improvement Lending business.

CHFS provides loans from $3,000.00 up to $35,000.00 for all types of home improvement needs and working with the contractors with online documents and providing funding via wire transfer or overnight express, once the job is completed.

We understand the needs of the Contractor in today's market and insure they get loans approved and then fund promptly when their job is completed. We strive to provide the dealer service that you expect and offer second to none.
